What is the difference between each stamp?
Pre-inked Stamp (ex. N12, N18, N10, etc)
- The stamp impression is cut using a laser for crisp, clear impressions. Ink is infused with the rubber in a vacuum, achieving the goal of never needing to use a separate ink pad. Perfect for rapid stamping

Self-Inking Stamp(ex. P11, P40, M33, etc)
- The stamp die is made using a photo-reactant liquid polymer. the polymer is laid out on the impression copy and put in a machine to take form of the impression sample and harden. The die is then adhered on to the appropriate stamp. This type of stamp has an ink pad built into the stamp body. The mechanism flips the stamp impression up into the ink pad to ink itself (hence the name "self-inking").

Traditional Stamp (T10, T30, T70, etc)
- This is what some people call "rubber stamps" or "hand stamps." These are called traditional because these require the use of a separate ink pad.
Is there extra charges on customization?
Nope, none at all. Though it should be noted that custom stamps are more expensive than stock stamps. This is because custom stamps are made to order.
I want to re-ink my stamp. Can I use any ink?
No. Re-inking the stamp using anything other than the specified ink could ruin the stamp and void any warranty that is on the stamp. Xstamper stamps takes Xstamper brand ink, and ClassiX stamps use ClassiX ink.
Ok, so can I change colors once its dry?
No. This will contaminate the stamp and the proper color will not show. This too will also void any warranty that is on the stamp.
What about Self-Inking stamps? They use ink pads.
You can use a different color for self inking stamps. First, take out the original pad. Before putting in the new color pad, clean the die off with a paper towel dampen with rubbing alcohol.
I have a sample. Can I email/fax it to you?
You can email samples to xstamper.orders@lc-ind.com

We are no longer able to accept faxes.
